2024-25 High School National Officer Elections
There are nine national officers who represent FBLA Middle School and High School’s membership.
The National President, National Secretary, National Treasurer, and Regional Vice Presidents are elected by delegates during the National Leadership Conference. The National Parliamentarian is appointed after applying for office, participating in virtual candidate interviews, and scoring the highest on the Parliamentary Procedures objective test.
Campaigns

Voting
Each state chapter in good standing shall be entitled to send two voting delegates and one alternate from its active membership. These state voting delegates participate in the election of the National President, National Secretary, National Treasurer, and any Bylaws amendments. State chairs/advisers will determine each of their two state voting delegates based on a form which is due by May 10.
For the election of Regional Vice Presidents, each local chapter in good standing shall be entitled to send up to four local voting delegates and one alternate for each delegate to the NLC in accordance with the following:
- Under 50 members: two voting delegates.
- 50–100 members: three voting delegates.
- Over 100 members: four voting delegates.
These are determined from those members that are registered for the NLC. A report will determine the number of votes based on membership and registrations received by May 1. The local chapter voting delegation registration deadline is June 4 at 11:59 PM ET.
Voting delegate ribbons will be included in the registration packets for advisers to distribute to the members that they have indicated will serve as voting delegates.
