2024-25 Collegiate National Officer Elections
There are six National Officers who represent Collegiate members. The National President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Communication, Vice President of Membership, and Vice President of Financial Development are elected by local chapter voting delegates at the National Leadership Conference (NLC).
The National Parliamentarian is appointed after applying for office, participating in the virtual candidate interviews, and scoring the highest on the Parliamentary Procedures objective test.
Campaigns
The National Officer Candidate Application deadline is May 15 at 5:00 PM ET. For more information, review the 2024 National Officer Candidate Guide & Processes for Student Elections. Voting
Each local chapter in good standing shall be entitled to send up to four voting delegates and one alternate for each delegate from its active membership in accordance with the following:
- Under 50 members: two voting delegates.
- 50–100 members: three voting delegates.
- Over 100 members: four voting delegates.
These are determined from those members that are registered for the NLC. A report will determine the number of delegates based on chapter membership and conference registration. The local chapter voting delegation registration deadline is June 4 at 11:59 PM ET. Spreadsheets will be sent to advisers to verify local chapter voting delegates and contact information. The deadline for changes to voting delegates is June 10. No changes will be made after that date or on site.
Voting delegate ribbons will be included in the registration packets for advisers to distribute to the members that they have indicated will serve as voting delegates.
The 24-hour voting window will open at 10:00 AM ET on June 26 and close at 10:00 AM ET on June 27.
