Volunteer Opportunities

FBLA’s National Leadership Conference is the culminating experience for students who have spent their membership year immersed in leadership development, academic competitions, educational programs, and chapter engagement. The National Center is seeking volunteers to assist at various stages in the event, from judging competitive events to reviewing resumes to being a workshop presenter.

Volunteers are invited to serve in a virtual capacity to score student materials prior to the conference. This opportunity does not include direct interaction with students and can be done at your own pace between May 22 and June 2.

Volunteers are invited to judge student presentations for FBLA’s 100+ national competitions. Judges will receive training and will be provided with scoring rubrics.

Volunteers are invited to propose workshop topics that would help FBLA students develop their leadership skills, deepen their knowledge in the field of business, and prepare them for the transition from school to career. Workshops are 45-minutes long.

Volunteers are invited to provide feedback on resumes and/or LinkedIn profiles to members in a one-on-one setting. Students will then be given the opportunity to learn more about career paths through informal informational interviews with their resume reviewer. Each session will last approximately 20 minutes and reviewers will be provided with an advisory guide with tips for feedback.

Are you open to supporting FBLA in a variety of ways during this event? Please let us know!
