This prestigious honor is awarded annually to exceptional secondary and postsecondary students in each ACTE Region who exceed expectations in leadership, academic excellence, and service. Recipients are selected through a rigorous nomination and review process that highlights their involvement in business education, career and technical student organizations, and their schools and communities.
