Kaddie Bailey
Kaddie Bailey is a passionate, community-focused student leader with nearly a decade of involvement in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Currently serving as President of the University of Central Arkansas’s FBLA Collegiate chapter, she brings strong experience in organizational leadership, event planning, and financial management. Her commitment has earned her numerous state-level awards and the title of FBLA Collegiate Student of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
A senior at UCA, Kaddie is pursuing a double major in Accounting and Religious Studies. She is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the international honor organization for financial information students, and the UCA Purple Society. On campus, she also serves as Vice President of Finance for the UCA Bear Den and Director of Finance for the First-Generation Scholar Society. Her ability to balance academics with leadership responsibilities showcases her dedication and drive.
Kaddie also works as a Supplemental Instructor for Accounting I, supporting peer learning and academic success. Outside the classroom, she actively volunteers with United Way of Central Arkansas and Arkansas Asset Builders as a certified VITA tax preparer. Her experiences reflect a deep commitment to service and a desire to use her skills to make a difference in her community.
With a strong foundation in finance and leadership, Kaddie is passionate about empowering others through education and service. She aims to continue creating lasting impact by combining her financial expertise with her heart for helping others.
