Joining us in both Vegas and San Antonio for an unforgettable keynote is Jared Ebersole, FBLA high school alumnus, entrepreneur, and CEO and co-founder of Lectec.
During his inspiring keynote, Jared will share his journey from FBLA member to entrepreneur, and what it takes to build, fail, and lead.
Member Engagement Opportunities
NLC is about more than competitive events! There is something for everyone, but many engagement opportunities require pre-registration. Additional information on the opportunities below will be posted here as it becomes available.
Internships
Apply to be an intern to go behind the scenes of NLC! All interns must be members of FBLA and registered for the conference. The deadline to apply is May 1.
Certification Lab
Southwest Airlines Professional Communications Certification ($25 - June 7, 1 PM – 3 PM)
Members attending the FBLA National Leadership Conference can earn the Southwest Airlines Professional Communications Certification, hosted on iCEV, a credential that proves they’ve mastered essential communication and soft skills highly valued by employers. Earning this certification helps members stand out in today’s competitive job market by validating their ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and think critically across real-world professional contexts. Members must pre-register for this opportunity during conference registration and should plan to bring their own laptop device. The cost includes a $5 administrative fee.

FBLA Professional Foundations Program
Get an Edge with FBLA’s Professional Foundations Program (Offered at No Additional Cost)
No matter where individuals are in their career journey… preparing for a first job or leveling up professional skills; the FBLA Professional Foundations Program helps sharpen essential abilities and stand out in the workplace. This interactive experience is built around the eight NACE career readiness competencies, equipping members with the tools needed for career success.
Program Requirements:
- Pre-Work (1-Hour): Complete a webinar and pre-assessment prior to the conference.
- On-Site (10-Hours): Participate in programming aligned with all 8 NACE competencies, plus attend a kick-off and closing session.
- Wrap-Up: Submit an action plan and post-program reflection.

Las Vegas Raiders Stadium Tour
Exclusive NLC Experience
Get ready to go behind the scenes at one of the newest stadiums in the country, the Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders!
This private, 75-minute group tour will take you through incredible locations throughout the stadium. Some of the areas you may get to visit on your stadium tour include: the Al Davis Memorial Torch, Broadcast Booth, Private Suites and Clubs, Raiderette Locker Room, Postgame Press Conference Room, Raiders Locker Rooms and Field. Tour routes and experiences are subject to change due to availability based on events and activities throughout the Stadium.
Date: June 7, 2025
Time: Tour will begin at 6:00 PM
Price: $75 per student and can be purchased during registration.
Please note: Transportation is not included. We recommend students coordinate shared rides (such as Uber or Lyft) to make travel more convenient and cost-effective.
