Champion Chapter
The High School Champion Chapter program is a set of membership recruitment and engagement-focused challenges that chapters may complete for national recognition, such as ribbons, banners, and digital certificates, based on the number of points accumulated.

Instructions
Build your chapter Program of Work by completing activities. Chapters may participate in one or all of the five sections. All eligible Champion Chapters will earn a banner for the adviser’s classroom/meeting space or a school award case. Chapters need a minimum of 600 points in each section, in addition to the necessary total points, for challenge recognition.
- Please save your documentation for the activities that you choose to participate in as you complete each activity.
- Once you have completed all your activities, please complete the submission form and upload your documentation.
- Submission forms are made live at the beginning of each section.
- Only local chapter advisers or chapter presidents will be able to access and submit entry forms.
- Each entry will only be submitted once.
August 1 – September 24
Focuses on chapter building and membership strategy. Summer Starter tasks are designed to help chapters set the foundation for a successful membership year including: election chapter officers, developing a student-led program of work, setting goals, and mapping out the year.
September 25 – November 5
Focuses on member recruitment and retention. Shaping Success tasks are designed to promote membership benefits and foster engagement such as hosting special events and creating working committees.
November 6 – January 7
Focuses on community service and engagement. Service Season tasks are designed to meet the core of the FBLA mission: being community-minded business leaders. Tasks are designed to find ways to contribute to the community as well as connect with alumni and business industry professionals.
Please note the change in Activity 1: Review the National Entrepreneurship Month (formerly the American Enterprise Day) Toolkit, view the National Entrepreneurship Month webinar, plan one activity to celebrate National Entrepreneurship Month.
January 8 – March 4
Wrap up the membership year with a focus on chapter excellence and Career and Technical Education (CTE) awareness. Tasks are designed to highlight your achievements and promote our mission
Champion Plus
Focuses on national programs & conferences, sponsors & partners, and recruitment. These activities may be done at any time. The submission form opens January 9, 2026. Submission deadline is May 6.
