FBLA Collegiate Excellence Award
The FBLA Collegiate Excellence Award honors exceptional members who are committed to personal and professional growth through active involvement in FBLA’s programming and leadership opportunities. By participating in a range of activities, from attending educational webinars to taking on leadership roles, you can earn points that lead to one of three prestigious award levels: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
This award provides you with a unique opportunity to highlight your achievements and showcase your dedication to future employers, all while enhancing your collegiate experience.

How It Works
Earn Points: Gain points by engaging in FBLA events, community service, professional development, and leadership roles. Activities include attending Career Connections Conferences, completing e-learning modules, participating in internships, and more.
Award Levels
- Bronze – 120 points
- Silver – 180 points
- Gold – 240 points
Each membership year resets your points, giving you a fresh opportunity to excel and strive for new achievements.

Track your achievements by submiting proof of participation for each activity through the tracking platform and watch your points add up!
