Hosted by iCEV, thirty-four FBLA Collegiate members earned the Southwest Airlines Professional Communications certification during the 2026 FBLA National Leadership Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The industry-recognized certification validates essential workplace communications skills, including professional speaking, active listening, collaboration, customer service, and effective business communication. Through this opportunity, participants demonstrated their readiness to succeed in today's competitive professional environments.
