The FBLA National Officer Program is dedicated to serving student members by fostering a sense of community, promoting inclusivity, upholding integrity, and instilling a strong sense of professionalism. National Officers serve as ambassadors to advisers, alumni, and the business community, representing FBLA at the local, state, and national levels. The program strives to enhance each Officer’s ability to contribute to the growth, success, and advancement of our members.

About Elections
Voting
Candidates for elected offices will be chosen through ranked-choice voting. A candidate must receive a majority to win.
State Voting Delegates
Local Voting Delegates
Each state chapter in good standing may send 2 voting delegates and 1 alternate.
These delegates vote for:
- National President
- National Secretary
- National Treasurer
- Bylaw amendments
State leaders must determine their delegates by May 15 at 11:59 PM ET and pick up ribbons in the Member Hub during Expo Hours.
Local chapters in good standing may send:
- Up to 50 members → 2 delegates
- 50–100 members → 3 delegates
- 100+ members → 4 delegates
Each delegate may have one alternate. Local voting delegate ribbons will be included in adviser packets for distribution.
These delegates vote for the Vice President representing their region.
Delegate counts are based on registration received by June 1 at 11:59 PM ET.
The 24-hour voting window will open on Day 3 of the National Leadership Conference and close on the final day.

June 18 - 7:00 PM ET
High School national officer candidates’ webinar. (Local advisers and state leaders are encouraged to attend)
June 29 - 9:00-10:00 AM CT
High School Officer Candidate on-site orientation meeting. Flights for officers should be in the afternoon/evening on June 28. (Local advisers and state leaders are encouraged to attend).
July 3 - 8:00-10:00 AM CT
High School National Officer Transition Meeting (Local advisers and state leaders of newly-elected officers are encouraged to attend).
July 19-23
National Officer Training at the National Center in Reston, Virginia.
March 1
Membership dues receipt deadline for eligibility to serve as High School local and/or state chapter voting delegate.
May 12
High National Officer applications and campaign materials submissions are due by 5:00 PM ET. Click HERE for the Application.

High School national officer candidate virtual interviews for elected office.
