FBLA Collegiate National Officer Elections

The FBLA National Officer Program is dedicated to serving student members by fostering a sense of community, promoting inclusivity, upholding integrity, and instilling a strong sense of professionalism. National Officers serve as ambassadors to advisers, alumni, and the business community, representing FBLA at the local, state, and national levels. The program strives to enhance each Officer’s ability to contribute to the growth, success, and advancement of our members.

There were no candidates for the office of Vice President of Communication.  Applications will be taken for this office following the close of the Collegiate National Leadership Conference.

About Elections

Voting

Candidates for elected offices will be chosen through ranked-choice voting. A candidate must receive a majority to win.

Each local chapter in good standing shall be entitled to send up to four local voting delegates and one alternate for each delegate to the NLC in accordance with the following:

  • Under 50 members: two voting delegates.
  • 50–100 members: three voting delegates.
  • Over 100 members: four voting delegates.

Voting delegates must be registered NLC attendees. Delegate ribbons will be included in adviser registration packets for distribution. Voting delegate counts are based on registration received by April 28 at 11:59 PM ET.

The 24-hour voting window will open on Day 2 of the conference and close on the final day.

Campaign Violation Concerns

Concerns about campaign violations should be addressed to your local advisers and/or state leaders. They may click HERE to submit a ticket.  Only those concerns submitted by local advisers or state leaders will be addressed.

Important Dates

March 1

Membership dues receipt deadline for eligibility to serve as Collegiate local chapter voting delegate. 

May 14 - 7:00 PM ET

Collegiate Officer Candidate Webinar (Local advisers and state leaders are encouraged to attend). 

June 6 - 8:00-10:00 AM PT

National Officer Candidate onsite orientation meeting. Flights for officers should be in the afternoon/evening on June 5. 

June 9 - 8:00-10:00 AM PT

Collegiate National Officer Transition Meeting. (Local advisers and state leaders are encouraged to attend).

July 19-23

National Officer Training at the National Center in Reston, Virginia.
