Lesira Kpea
Lesira Kpea, a senior at Buckeye Union High School in Arizona, is honored to serve as a 2025–2026 National Officer on FBLA’s Team 74.
Lesira’s journey in FBLA began her freshman year, and over the years, she has grown into a dedicated leader committed to helping members feel seen, supported, and inspired. She previously served as an Arizona FBLA State Officer and a local chapter officer, where she worked to increase member engagement, promote leadership development, and foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
Lesira’s commitment to service and advocacy extends far beyond FBLA. She serves in Student Government and is a proud member of the National Honor Society, Key Club, Black Student Union, and Youth Council. As a STEP Prep Scholar and member of the Arizona Youth Climate Coalition, she advocates for equity, education, and sustainability across her community.
Whether she’s mentoring first-time competitors, speaking at conferences, or leading local initiatives, Lesira leads with heart, vision, and purpose. She believes FBLA is more than competitions and conferences, it’s a community, a platform, and a second family that empowers students to become the leaders the world needs.
