Annabelle Kumm
National Parliamentarian
Annabelle Kumm is a senior from Lincoln East High School, Nebraska. She has been an active FBLA Member for three years, and has served as a Local Parliamentarian, State Parliamentarian, and the Resource Director and Alzheimer’s Association Director of the National Parliamentarian’s Council. On top of this, she is currently the two-time President of her local chapter. On the national level, she placed fourth in Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure 2023, and second in Visual Design 2024. Outside of FBLA, Annabelle is a member of her school’s Varsity Speech Team, Science Olympiad Team, Golf Team, Varsity Orchestra, and Art Club. Annabelle is honored to serve as your 2025-26 National Parliamentarian!
