Gloria Lau is proud to be your 2009-2010 PBL National President. Gloria graduated from the University of Oklahoma with distinct honors in International Business and Management in May 2009. She is now a master’s student at the university. Going into her fifth year in PBL and served at regional, state, and local levels, Gloria would like to be a leader who inspires you about your future and career development, seizing the opportunities that PBL has to offer. Gloria is excited to see PBL become THE organization that ultimately gives you the tools to grow. She is ready to march with you to a great future, and show the world that PBL members are --- “Simply the Best!”

Geoffrey Long is proud to serve as your Phi Beta Lambda National Secretary. During his seven years of involvement, Geoffrey has held various leadership positions including Maryland FBLA Region IIA Vice President and FBLA Eastern Region Membership Director. He is currently a Junior at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island where he is majoring in sports management. At his school, he is involved in the Debate Team, Ballroom Team as well snowboarding. As National Secretary Geoffrey wants to improve communication and increase resources for local and chapter officers to insure that they become “ Simply the Best”.

Alexa Williams is your 2009-2010 National Treasurer. Alexa graduated from Mesa State College in Colorado with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May of 2009. This fall she will be attending Creighton University in Nebraska to obtain her Business Law degree. During the time Alexa has been involved in PBL she has served in local, state, and national officer positions; worked with the March of Dimes; and strived to help PBL grow to be bigger and better. Alexa wants to work so PBL can continue to grow and she encourages you to contact her with any questions or ideas. Together we can make PBL bigger and better and show everyone PBL members are Simply the Best!
 
Jake Barreau

Jake Barreau is proudly serving as your 2009-2010 PBL National Parliamentarian.  Jake is a Sophomore Pre-Business and Spanish major at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jake has been involved with FBLA-PBL since his freshmen year in high school, during which time he has attended four National Leadership Conferences and has placed at Nationals five times. Jake is also serving as his local chapter Treasurer and Wisconsin PBL State Vice President. Jake is very excited for the upcoming year and is looking forward to helping PBL become bigger and better! 
 
PBL Eastern Region Vice President

Mark Comaty is your 2009-2010 Eastern Region Vice President. He first became involved in FBLA-PBL as a freshman in high school. Over the past two years he has both reactivated his campus chapter and served as Maryland PBL’s State President.  As a senior studying accounting at Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business and plans to one day become an attorney and CPA. Mark has also served as a senator in his campus government association, is a member of several honor societies, and enjoys debating in his spare time. This year Mark hopes to increase idea sharing and communication between all of FBLA-PBL’s members to ensure that you become Simply the Best!

Jennifer Roeber is honored to serve as your 2009-2010 Mountain Plains Region Vice President.  Jennifer graduates in May from Midland Lutheran College in Accounting and Management then plans to get her CPA and finish her MPA.  Serving in local, state, and regional offices, she has been actively involved for seven years in bringing business and education together.  Jennifer is ready to promote the opportunities in PBL to show why it is “Simply the Best.”

Courtney Bauer is excited to serve as your North Central Region Vice President! After starting her career in FBLA-PBL seven years ago, Courtney has continued to hold leadership positions on the local, state, and national levels. As a Kinesiology-Athletic Training major, with a Pre-Medicine emphasis, Courtney’s immeasurable passion for the organization can be seen targeting many other non-business majors throughout the nation. As Wisconsin’s State President, she is currently working to completely revamp Wisconsin PBL. She looks forward to working with each and every one of you to show the world why FBLA-PBL is Simply the Best!

Dawn Montoya is the 2009-2010 Southern Region Vice President.  She is attending the University of Maryland University College where she is obtaining her MS degree with a specification in Human Resources and Executive MBA.  Dawn has served as an officer at the local and state level, and looks forward to working with PBL members throughout the Southern Region.  She became involved with the organization because of its passion for service.  One of her goals this year is to improve communication between FBLA, PBL, and the Professional Division, which provides members with positive and strong professional relationships.  She wants you to know that as a member of FBLA-PBL you are “SIMPLY THE BEST.”

Cordero Delgadillo, your 2009-2010 Western Region Vice President, is a Junior at Arizona State University studying for a double major in Nonprofit Leadership & Management and Business Administration, with a focus on entrepreneurship. He looks forward to applying the skills and disciplines learned from his previous involvement and successes in PBL, which include local officer positions and four national awards.  Cordero is also a multi-instrumentalist musician active in composing and recording music.  He is honored to have the opportunity to earn the respect and acceptance of his peers as well as the people that make his professional development possible.
